[问题描述]
飞腾物理机使用Anolis7.9 RC1 aarch64的iso装机，内核选择rhck的
通过装机指引提示 点击"reboot"后，机器无法正常启动
使用BMC reboot后
手动干预的方式，编辑“nohz=off”同样也无法正常启动系统(aarch64 anck的使用该方法可以启动)
