问题描述：

构建时报错 checking for --with-ld-opt="-Wl,-z,relro  -Wl,-z,now -specs=/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-ld -Wl,-E" ... not found
使用mock本地构建时也报同样错误，但是在mock里可以找到redhat-hardened-ld
<mock-chroot> sh-4.4# ls /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-ld
/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-ld

去掉 --with-cc-opt的修改后，本地mock构建可以通过
