video测试失败ancert日志

Description of problem:
 使用ancert工具对CS5280H3机型进行整机兼容性测试时video项显示nodriver


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anolis 23.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.安装ancert工具
2.执行ancert -g Video

Actual results:
video 项显示nodriver，video项测试失败

Expected results:
video 项会有对应的驱动，video项测试通过

驱动是 inspur-drm，浪潮很早已经合入 devel-6.6 分支，但是 6.6-002 版本早于合入时间，因此没有带上，后续的 6.6-002 的小版本也没有带上该模块。

在后续的 6.6-003 版本就会带上了，请测试同学评估一下当前该驱动是否必要的吧，有没有业务在必须使用，如果评估是必须的，我们可以出一个对应版本的 OOT。

6.6.25-002.2 版本并为携带该驱动，如果后续有需求可以走 OOT 方式提供，该问题本次版本暂不处理；
