Description of problem:

设置用户自动登录后，再次使用root登录 设置中用户显示不全，只显示root用户

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.在设置-用户中添加普通用户、添加用户时选择现在设置密码，设置密码后，打开自动登录开关
2.重启后会自动登录到普通用户，再次进入到设置中的用户中取消当前用户的自动登录开关
3.重启后使用超级用户登录，再次进入到设置中查看用户只有超级用户，之前的普通用户看不见了，再添加一个用户后，之前的的普通用户再次刷新出来了。或者在设置中点击其他设置页面再次点击用户后也能够刷新出来。

Actual results:
在设置-用户中看到的用户不全


Expected results:
在设置-用户中可以看到正确的用户数量
