Description of problem:

安装选择带dde的服务器，重启系统后 自动进入的是字符界面（目前验证的x86和loongarch都存在此问题）

Steps to Reproduce:
1.进入安装界面，软件选择 带dde的服务器
2. 安装完成后重启
3. 进入系统是字符界面系统
4，yum 安装dde桌面 也无法安装没有dde分组

Actual results:
安装后是字符界面系统

Expected results:
安装后是带dde桌面的系统
