Description of problem:

内核连接: https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8.6/isos/BETA/

安装过程中发现, 默认安装的语言 / 键盘 都是简体中文 / 汉语.  那么默认的 时区和时间 是美国时区时间,是否妥当.

installer有修改默认时区，https://gitee.com/src-anolis-os/anaconda/blob/a8/0002-install-localization.patch 需要调查一下这个修改是否仍可生效
