【问题复现步骤】

操作系统构造需要checksum offload的icmpv6 unreachable报文
通过网迅网卡发送
观察dmesg日志是否有tx hang。
【实际结果】
网卡发送单元异常。

【期望结果】
报文正常发送，网卡工作正常。
