Description of problem:

Currently, cloud-kernel 6.6 does not support Hygon CSV3 attestation. This bugzilla aims to add support for Hygon CSV3 attestation. The CSV3 attestation should be initiated within the guest environment, and then the guest Linux will issue a CSV3 secure call to request an attestation report for the user.
