Description of problem:

Hygon: Supports ASID reuse for confidential VMs, supports automatic injection of secrets into Hygon confidential VMs.

- Supports ASID reuse for Hygon confidential VMs: Primarily addresses the issue that Hygon 2nd generation and C86-3G CPUs can only support a maximum of 15 ASIDs. In certain special deployment scenarios, ASID reuse can expand the number of confidential VMs supported on a single Platform.

- Supports automatic secret injection for Hygon confidential VMs: Hygon's CSV  firmware has the capability to automatically verify the launch digest before injecting secrets. By utilizing this function of the firmware, the user-mode VMM   can automatically inject secrets into the memory of confidential VMs.
