鲲鹏服务器磁盘加密后，重启失败

鲲鹏服务器GUI安装 ,4.19（ANCK)内核，磁盘加密后，重启失败

环境：
1.硬件：鲲鹏服务器
cpu： HUAWEI Kunpeng 920 5220
内存：512G
硬盘：1.8T*4
2. 软件：https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8.6/isos/BETA/aarch64/anolis-8.6-aarch64-dvd.iso

步骤：
1、使用鲲鹏服务器，dd刻录镜像，进入安装界面
2、选择gui方式安装，右测组件全选，磁盘进行加密，安装成功后重启

实际结果：
重启失败，一直停留在黑屏界面

期望结果：
正常重启，启动成功进入系统

测试正常的安装程序加密功能

x86的安装minimal镜像也是一样的现象

目前我使用虚拟机是没有问题的， 我看日志里有提示：
See 'systemctl status "systemd-cryptset…\x2d39e8fca1ab1a.service"' for details.
....
/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt

能否提供这2个日志

装好系统后重启之后，一直停留在黑屏界面，无法切换tty界面，抓取不了日志

黑屏的现象是鲲鹏服务器启动过程不显示文本信息的原因，修改引导的console添加console=tty后可以正常刷启动日志。此时弹出输入密码的图形化的文本框没有正常弹出，但是文本的显示日志的界面会提示输入密码，输入后正常进入系统。所以目前的问题分两部分，一是鲲鹏服务器上不能正常显示启动日志的问题，二是在鲲鹏服务器上安装GUI的系统环境并选择磁盘加密后，在启动过程中不能正常弹出图形的输入密码的文本框问题。

更新上述kernel后依然存在该问题

问题只存在于图形模式，并且已有workaround，降低优先级

使用欧拉内核系统安装后测试
-执行hibernate命令，系统休眠了，重新选择上电能重启
-执行suspend命令后重新选择上电没反应

centos8安装后页面花屏，未进行测试

非此单情况，对应Bug1364
