Description of problem:

1、系统启动时，增加nomodeset参数，进入系统后仍然默认加载了inspur-drm驱动
2、系统启动时，增加modprobe.blacklist=inspur_drm参数，进入系统后仍然默认加载了inspur-drm驱动
