帮助信息显示为英文

鲲鹏&Intel服务器GUI安装4.19（ANCK)内核，安装完成后进入系统查看帮助信息，部分显示为英文

环境：
1.硬件(aarch64)：鲲鹏服务器
cpu： HUAWEI Kunpeng 920 5220
内存：512G
硬盘：1.8T*4
硬件(x86_64)：Intel服务器
cpu： Intel 5218
内存：512G
硬盘：8TB
2. 软件：https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8.6/isos/BETA/aarch64/anolis-8.6-aarch64-dvd.iso

步骤：
1、使用鲲鹏&Intel服务器，选择语言为中文，安装4.19内核
2、安装完成后进入系统，点击活动-帮助，查看帮助信息

实际结果：
部分信息显示为英文

期望结果：
帮助信息全部显示为中文
