添加console=tty0

Description of problem:


ARM架构，在安装菜单中选择"安装目的地"中勾选"加密我的数据" 安装完成，根据装机提示重启后无法启动系统。
需要在启动页面添加console=tty0，才能看到硬盘加密验证界面

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.进入安装页面，在安装菜单中选择"安装目的地"中勾选"加密我的数据" 
2.安装完成后重启
3.观察是否出现硬盘加密验证窗口
4.重启机器，在引导界面命令行添加console=tty0字段，ctrl+x尝试引导
5.重复步骤3

Actual results:
步骤3，重启后光标闪烁启动不了系统
步骤5，正常显示硬盘加密验证，输入密码后进入os
