Description of problem:
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. HiSilicon RDE Engine [* No Driver *]，对应的log file 为空
目前kae验证了openeuler和欧拉，在龙溪os上没有kae依赖的内核加速模块，导致编译他们通不过。
环境：KunTai R722
OS版本：Anolis OS release 8.9
内核：5.10.134-16.2.an8.aarch64
