无休眠选项

环境：
1.硬件(aarch64)：鲲鹏服务器
cpu： HUAWEI Kunpeng 920 5220
内存：512G
硬盘：1.8T*4

2. 软件：https://build.openanolis.cn/kojifiles/output/an-8-6-RC/compose/BaseOS/aarch64/iso/anolis-8-aarch64-dvd1-20220606.0.iso

步骤：
1、鲲鹏服务器使用dvd.iso，GUI（组件全选）安装4.19（ANCK)内核，安装完成后重启系统
2、进入系统后点击左上角活动，选择-设置-电源
3、点击按下电源时下拉框

实际结果：
无休眠操作选项
期望结果：
应有休眠操作选项
