应该是因为 VMware guestos 使用了 LSI Logic Parallel 导致的。
可以看下 https://www.cnblogs.com/awpatp/p/3904349.html 这个。 

可以试试切换到 VMware Parevirtual 能不能work。 不过猜测切换估计需要先 dracut 下然后再reboot才可以
