Description of problem:
验证海光的csv功能，选用cpu为Hygon C86 7285H 32-core Processor
Anolis OS8.4使用内核5.10，bios设置SMEE=enable 
无法进入系统



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Anolis OS8.4
kernel 5.10.112-11

How reproducible:
1、bios设置SMEE=enable，TSME=auto；
2、系统选用Anolis OS8.4，安装完成后进入系统；
3、升级内核，yum-config-manager --add-repo https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8/Experimental/x86_64/os/ && \
  yum update kernel
4、配置bootloader；
grubby --update-kernel=ALL --args="mem_encrypt=on kvm_amd.sev=1"
5、重启；

海光的csv功能，验证连接cpu C86 7285H 32核处理器
Anolis OS8.6 使用内核5.10，bios设置SMEE=enable
无法进入系统

重现性如何：
必现

重现步骤：
1、bios设置SMEE=enable，TSME=auto；
2、系统解决方案 Anolis OS8.6，安装完成后进入系统；
3、升级内核，yum-config-configmanager -- add-repo https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8/Experimental/x86_64/os/ && \ 
  yum update kernel 
4、配置bootloader；
grubby --update-kernel=ALL --args="mem_encrypt=on kvm_amd .sev=1" 
5、重启；

实际结果：
无法进入系统


预期结果：
成功进入系统，且csv使能

附加信息：
4.19版本内核可以进入
