Description of problem:

CONFIG_X86_SGX_KVM is not enabled by default. Users cannot use the intel VSGX feature.


How reproducible:

https://gitee.com/anolis/cloud-kernel/blob/devel-5.10/arch/x86/configs/anolis_defconfig 没有添加对CONFIG_X86_SGX_KVM的使能
