nmcli dev wifi rescan 提示 no wi-fi device found

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.插入usb 无线网卡
2.nmcli device wifi rescan 查找无线网卡
3.提示no wi-fi device found 错误
4.ip a或 nmcli dev s 可以看到无线网卡设备
