Description of problem:

正常搭建机器后，VMD-enable后，不组raid进os后拔插硬盘灯后，error灯延迟15s熄灭

复现步骤：

所有NMVE盘不组raid，在OS下拔插指定slot上的硬盘，观察slot上LED灯状态变化；插入之前拔出的硬盘，再次观察slot上LED灯的状态变化，依次对所有支持NVME硬盘的slot进行测试

结果

VMD-enable后，不组raid进os后拔插硬盘灯后，error灯延迟15s熄灭

期望结果

VMD-enable后，不组raid进os后拔插硬盘灯后，error灯约2s熄灭
