Description of problem:

The Hygon DCU always provides its own packages containing the DCU fixup header driver. It's suggested that users use Hygon DCU tools to deploy the DCU software stack, which builds and installs the DCU fixup header driver automatically. Therefore, we remove the HYDCU fixup header driver from this repo.
