Support 3SNIC 3S5XX serial RAID/HBA controllers

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure sssraid module exists in current environment and verify the version
2.Execute sssraidtool to create RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60
3.Observe whether the creation is successful

Actual results:
RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60 all created successful，no error

Expected results:
RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60 all created successful，no error
