虚拟系统管理器（virt-manager）创建新虚拟机显示“错误：没有活动连接可用于安装”

1.安装系统时选择带GUI的服务器进行安装并勾选后面所有组件
2.打开虚拟系统管理器（virt-manager），点击新创建虚拟机

该问题和 21727 问题一致，是因为安装 libvirt 包后 libvird 服务没有默认启动
