【问题描述】
dde桌面中，安装是语言环境选择中文，安装启动后为英文

【内核版本】
6.6.88-4_rc1.an23.loongarch64

【iso下载】
http://build.openanolis.cn/kojifiles/output/nightly/anolis-23-20250605.1/compose/os/loongarch64/iso/anolis-23-loongarch64-dvd1-20250605.1.iso

【复现步骤】
1、安装DDE桌面环境
2、安装时语言环境选择为中文

【实际结果】
安装DDE桌面后，语言环境为英文

【期望结果】
1、语言环境选择为中文，安装启动后为中文环境
2、语言环境选择为英文，安装启动后为英文环境
