Description of problem:

The RTMR is a runtime measurement mechanism that allows users to record and measure events at runtime.
Supporting RTMR in a CSV3 guest enables runtime measurement and event logging, which facilitates tenants to track key events and validate them, thereby enhancing confidence in the TEE environment.
Including the RTMR in the CSV3 ATTESTATION report helps the relying party and verifier determine that the CSV3 guest's behavior is as expected and trustworthy.
