Description of problem:
1.8.4 -> 1.8.9
  1. 优化`-Efragments`和`-Eall-fragments`的构建性能；
  2. mkfs.erofs构建性能进一步优化；
  3. dump.erofs支持通过`--cat`输出文件内容；
  4. tarerofs 支持pre-1970年的时间；
  5. 稳定性bugfix修复。
