Description of problem:
内核： 5.10.134
CPU:   Hygon C86 7285 32-core Processor
内存配置：

操作步骤：
使用海光内存注错工具注入内存ce错误
./DramErrorInjector_v1.6 -A 2 -a 0x1ff00 -t 0 -m 0 -v 1 -p 1

预期结果
内核EDAC正确打印错误日志

实际结果
内核EDAC可以打印错误日志，但是报错cannot not decode address失败
