Description of problem:
"6491be4238ca7 anolis: mm: support priority control when swap anonymous  pages"导致 Unixbench 的 context1 性能严重下降。

我在anolis-release-510(tag: 5.10.134-12)都试了，打上这个补丁与不打这个补丁有40%左右性能下降，我的测试机是鲲鹏arm64。

测试命令：./Run -c 64 context1

下面是在anolis-release-510的测试分数
打上补丁：大概11299.1～15569.6：
不打补丁：19000左右

后续测试没有复现，关闭BUG
