Description of problem:
Anolis 23 x86 Preview在vmware esxi6.5上起虚拟机，安装启动时，无法选择时间和日期，提示无NTP服务器，同场景下anolis8是可以的

Version：
anolis 5.10.134-12.1.an23.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1.vmware esxi6.5上创建虚拟机
2.选择iso安装
3.启动后点击时间地域选择

Actual results:
无法修改时间，可修改地域

Expected results:
可修改时间日期

不能修改时间是因为右上角Network Time打开了，而并没有配置可用的ntp服务器。可以关闭Network Time，即可编辑时间

我觉得至少应该保证安装后有一个可用的NTP服务器。
