Description of problem:
这是关于软件包的建议，不是koji的。但我找不到提这个建议的分类。如果有，请调整过去。

openvpn是常用的软件。有el8的openvpn包，（https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/epel/8/Everything/x86_64/Packages/o/openvpn-2.4.12-1.el8.x86_64.rpm，或者https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/dsommers/openvpn-release/epel-8-x86_64/04460456-openvpn/openvpn-2.5.7-1.el8.x86_64.rpm），openEuler系统也包含openvpn的软件包。
建议龙蜥也提供该软件包。

openEuler好像自己整合了epel源，openAnolis没有这么做，8的时候还能用centos 8 的epel，23 干脆找不到epel了。从这些方面来看，openAnolis 还欠缺很多
