Description of problem:
使用i24A8-NS3160A8机型，系统下进行稳定性重启过程中，检查dmesg有打印sp5100-tco：Watchdog hardware is disabl

1.解压SIT_Stability_v1.17.0.zip
2.对节点进行重启测试

日志有Watchdog hardware is disabl错误打印
