Description of problem:
在NF8480M8机型中，bios开启VMD后在os中部分nvme盘丢失

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. bios中开启vmd
2. 进入os
3. lsblk查看

Actual results:
部分nvme盘消失

Expected results:
所有的nvme盘都可见
