This commit introduces a driver for the LRW I2C controller

Key features of the I2C driver:

Supports host communication interfaces under the standard I2C protocol
Supports 100kHz/400kHz/1MHz bus speeds
Supports SMBus protocol block read/write features
Supports recovery mechanisms under bus abnormal conditions
Supports obtaining timing parameters from device tree or ACPI tables
Supports standard driver lifecycle interfaces
