Description of problem:
安装anolis23.4的镜像， OSrelease显示还是23.3版本

How reproducible:
必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.安装aarch64镜像包
2.使用cat /etc/os-release 查看系统版本
3.

Actual results:
显示是anolis23.3

Expected results:
anolis23.4
