开机后没有加载sg驱动

Description of problem:
OS启动后没有加载sg驱动，导致scsi存储设备无法识别

How reproducible:

必现
Steps to Reproduce:
1. 服务器有scsi存储设备
2.开机后查看scsi存储设备
3.lsmod | grep sg

Actual results:
1、无法查到scsi存储设备
2、sg驱动未加载

Expected results:

sg驱动已经加载且，能识别到scsi设备

原因是systemd udev规则中没有添加对sg驱动的启动
