 [Anolis23.4][RC1][鲲鹏][aarch64]Kunpeng920_5250在进行桌面测试时，点击“鼠标和触摸板”按钮，桌面就会卡死退出

必现

Steps to Reproduce:
1.点击屏幕右上角任务栏 - 设置 - 鼠标和触摸板
2.点击 常规菜单栏中主按钮切换左右选项
3.拖动 鼠标菜单栏中鼠标速度滚动条
4.打开 鼠标菜单栏中自然滚动开关
5.点击 右上角 测试您的设置 按钮

Actual results:

点击 鼠标和触摸板  桌面卡死退出

Expected results:

1.步骤2可修改主按钮左右
2.步骤3可调节鼠标移动速度
3.步骤4可开启鼠标自然滚动
4.步骤5弹出测试界面，可测试当前设置
