[Anolis23.4][RCx][x86_64][wangxun]NF5280A6安装完系统后网讯千兆网卡配置ip不通

Steps to Reproduce:
1.NF5280A6安装系统
2.选择网讯千兆网卡配置ip


Actual results:
ip不通，驱动正常加载

Expected results:
配置ip正常可以ping通

Additional info:
网卡驱动ngbe正常加载卸载未出现报错
