Description of problem:

通过virt-manager创建两台Arm虚拟机，相互scp文件，会网络中断，初步定位是网卡虚拟化驱动virtio_net超时断连

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.通过virt-manager创建两台arm虚拟机
2.从外边拷贝文件到虚拟机内
3.再把文件拷贝到虚拟机外部，
4.两台虚拟机相互scp拷贝文件

Actual results:
3、无法把文件拷贝到机器外部
4.两台虚拟机之间无法进行scp拷贝文件

Expected results:
能够正常拷贝文件

Additional info:
初步定位是网卡虚拟化驱动virtio_net超时断连，疑似内核Bug

宿主机是anolis 8.10，虚拟机是 anolis 23.4 才会复现，宿主机和虚拟机都是 anolis23.4 就没问题
modprobe -r virtio_net 卸载这个驱动后重新加载网络就恢复了
