环境：
1. https://build.openanolis.cn/kojifiles/rsync/anolis/23.4/isos/BETA/
x86 ARM loongarch

[root@anolis ~]# uname -a

[root@anolis ~]# rpm -qa | grep linglong

1.在启动器/桌面点击图标应用
2.观察任务栏图标显示

实际结果：
玲珑应用图标为齿轮或者空白

期望结果：
图标正常显示为应用图标，非空白或齿轮
