迁移指令完成后重启

Description of problem:

迁移检测完成，执行迁移过程中，需要reboot系统。reboot命令执行后重启卡住，屏幕显示乱码。

迁移过程中会额外自动触发一次reboot，第一次手动 reboot 系统，环境会进入一个迁移OS，这个OS可能对部分设备兼容性不友好，建议再等待一会儿确认究竟是上面说的迁移中间状态问题还是真的迁移完后环境的问题。
