Description of problem:
Anolis OS 8.8 的 libssh 包缺失 /usr/share/doc/libssh 文档目录及 README 文件。CentOS 8 的 libssh 包包含该目录和文档，Anolis OS 8.8 完全缺失这些内容。

How reproducible:
每次必现

Steps to Reproduce:
在 Anolis OS 8.8 系统中执行 find /usr/share/doc -name "libssh" -type d
在 CentOS 8 系统中执行相同命令
对比两个系统的输出结果

Actual results:
Anolis OS 8.8 无任何输出，/usr/share/doc/libssh 目录不存在
Expected results:
应存在 /usr/share/doc/libssh 目录及 README 文档，与 CentOS 8 保持一致

Additional info:
libssh 是常用的 SSH 协议实现库，文档对开发者了解库的使用和特性有帮助。建议在 libssh 包的 spec 文件中添加文档文件以保持与 CentOS 8 的兼容性。
