Description of problem:
安装anolis8.8 rc1版本，系统起来后发现redhat-release文件不存在，且anolis8.6安装后也不存在
对比anolis8.6发布阶段，是存在这个文件的

Steps to Reproduce:
1.安装anolis8.8系统
2.cat /etc/redhat-release

Actual results:
命令成功，打印：
# cat /etc/redhat-release
Anolis OS release 8.8

Expected results:
命令报错，redhat-release文件不存在
