挂起无法唤醒

硬件环境
Hygon C86 5185 16-core Processor

使用镜像
https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8.8/isos/BETA/x86_64/anolis-8.8-x86_64-dvd.iso

测试步骤：
1、使用转测镜像安装
2、进入安装页面选择【软件选择】，选择待GUI的服务器，组件不选
3、安装完成后进入系统，选择设置-电源选项
4、分别设置按电源键时休眠和挂起，设置完成后点击服务器电源键

实际结果
服务器能正常休眠和挂起，但重新按电源键无法正常进入系统

期望结果
休眠和挂起后再按电源键可正常进系统

备注：目前arm无物理机环境，arm结果后补

使用鲲鹏服务器测试
Suspend模式无法正常唤醒，之前遗留Bughttps://bugzilla.openanolis.cn/show_bug.cgi?id=1364
Hibernate模式可正常唤醒

龙芯服务器测试
1、Suspend模式正常唤醒机器，且可正常进入系统
2、Hibernate模式无法正常唤醒
