测试步骤：
1、使用转测镜像安装,
2、进入安装页面选择【软件选择】，选择待GUI的服务器，组件全不选选
3、安装完成后进入系统重启
4、选择设置-用户，分别创建test2和test3用户，
5、创建成功后将test2用户名修改为test3
实际结果
用户名可修改成功，会同时存在两个相同用户，
期望结果
不能修改成已存在用户名

使用rc2 x86_64 iso 测试，在【设置】->【用户】中可以修改为已存在用户名，登录时密码不同，/home/ 下用户名未变化，
