启动失败

描述：
使用RC2的qcow2启动ECS异常，系统无法启动，直接进入shell>界面，请参看附件了解详细信息

复现步骤：
1. 下载x86_64的qcow2镜像： https://mirrors.openanolis.cn/anolis/8.8/isos/RC2/x86_64/anolis-8.8-x86_64-anck.qcow2
2. 上传进行到aliyun：上传成功，镜像状态显示正常
3. 使用该镜像启动ecs，实力规格：ecs.g7.2xlarge 
4. 启动后登录串口，发现系统直接进入shell

期望结果：
qcow2可以正常启动ECS

其他说明：
anolis-8.8-aarch64-anck.qcow2 没有遇到相关问题

这里需要按下ESC，然后找到efi的目录进行启动

qcow 镜像是legacy bios方式启动的，需要在虚拟机host配置中指定bios启动。uefi启动会失败的
