Description of problem:
anolis-release相关的包不符合常规习惯，需要修改下包名进行调整

anolis-compat-release -> anolis-release-compat
anolis-rawhide-release -> anolis-release-rawhide
epel-aliyuncs-release -> epel-release-aliyuncs
