gnome-control-center fails to launch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpm -qa | grep gnome-control-center
gnome-control-center-3.28.2-33.0.1.an8_6.1.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run # gnome-control-center in GNOME Terminal
2.
3.

Actual results:
see the following errors, no gnome-control-center launched:
```
gnome-control-center: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0.so.18: undefined symbol: g_uri_parse
```

Expected results:
gnome-control-center starts
