环境：
1.安装loongarch虚拟机
2. 软件：
https://build.openanolis.cn/kojifiles/output/product/8.8-RC3/isos/loongarch64/AnolisOS-8.8-loongarch64-dvd.iso

步骤：
1、安装时勾选DDE环境，安装后进入DDE桌面
2、点击启动器选择帮助手册

实际结果：
龙芯架构无帮助手册
期望结果：
存在帮助手册，并可正常查看
