环境：
1.安装loongarch虚拟机
2. 软件：
https://build.openanolis.cn/kojifiles/output/product/8.8-RC3/isos/loongarch64/AnolisOS-8.8-loongarch64-dvd.iso

步骤：
1、安装时勾选DDE环境，安装后进入DDE桌面
2、打开控制中心选择键盘和语言，选择通用


实际结果：
数字键盘无法通过控制中心开启和关闭
期望结果：
数字键盘可通过控制中心开启和关闭

DDE桌面环境配置管理工具问题。应用级缺陷，不block发布。
