月度镜像存在异常warn

Description of problem:
月度镜像anolisos_8_8_x64_20G_anck_alibase_20230220.vhd 在dmesg warn下存在异常warn信息,具体报错见附件

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.10.134-13.an8.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ssh登录实例
2.执行 dmesg -l warn -T

Actual results:
dmesg warn下存在异常信息

Expected results:
dmesg warn下没有除已知问题外的异常信息

里面存在两个问题：
1. rngd.service，这是baseos的配置，请@taifu看下
2. ast的oot驱动，请@ziyi看下

已确定是非问题，有打印的原因是当前OOT没有做签名。
